Fábio Martinelli Duarte has worked in major e-Learning projects for QuickMind, a Knowledge Management company based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He helped develop the e-Learning factory, a division devoted to the development of just-in-time training materials. There he designed processes and technologies and managed more than 40 different projects. He has been a speaker at several e-Learning conferences including The eLearning Guild’s eLearning Producer. He is passionate about crafting simple solutions for complex problems, writing songs, and singing in his Rock’n’Roll band.
