Rosemary T. Skordoulis has been a
Further and Higher Education Director of Studies and Lecturer for 18 years in
academic institutions in Greece
and the USA.
She has taught ESP (English for Specific Purposes), Linguistics, Management
Studies and Teaching Methodology in business departments and is currently working
towards a PhD degree in Management and teaching in MSc and MBA programs in the
University of Aberdeen. Rosemary’s research interests are in e-Learning, organizational
behavior (in particular change management), soft skills and strategy formation,
higher education management with special emphasis on business schools,
emotional intelligence and HRM issues. Her educational qualifications include a
Diploma in English Studies (UK), PGCTESL (Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching
English as a Second Language) (USA), MATESL (Master of Arts in Teaching English
as a Second Language) (USA), MSc (Economics) in Business and Management (UK)
and Postgraduate Certificate in Social Research Methods (UK).
