Ty Johnson, VP of Learning and Consulting Services for SoftAssist, a Philadelphia-based producer of custom e-Learning, has been designing computer-based and online courses since the videodisc era. He has contributed to dozens of training projects spanning diverse content areas — from advanced manufacturing techniques to remedial math skills, and from customer service principles to fraud prevention practices. His approach to design has delighted clients and colleagues alike and has earned him various recognitions, including Gold and Silver Medals for Custom Content in the 2003 and 2004 Excellence in Elearning Awards.
