Rhonda Harmon has spent 16 years developing and conducting professional training programs. Prior to co-founding American Research Institute, Rhonda was Vice President of Worldwide Content Development for Global Knowledge Network from 1997 to 2002. At Global Knowledge Network, she established award-winning instructional design for instructor-led, virtual classroom, and e-Learning courses, and also established a worldwide development certification program for Global Knowledge subsidiaries. Rhonda managed a client education division for MISYS computer from 1992-1997. She specializes in consulting with organizations to determine the proper strategy for addressing their training needs. Rhonda holds a Bachelors of Accounting from Moravian College and has completed certification coursework in the field of instructional design. She is an active member of the ASTD, ISPI, Masie, and e-Learning Guild.
