Michael Powers is Senior E-Learning Manager/Developer for Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Intelligence Community E-Learning Project, an effort to help federal intelligence agencies improve their e-Learning. He has also developed e-Learning for industrial safety and for environmental technologies. He first taught online in 1994, and has been involved with e-Learning and Web development ever since. Having earned a Ph.D. in modernist literature, he doesn’t really believe content can be separated from presentation — but he forces his development team to do it anyway.
