Kimberly Hill is an Instructional Systems Specialist with the Food & Drug Administration in Rockville, MD. She has a M.Ed. and completed CP32 internship with the US Army Chemical School. She was with the FDA for 2 1/2 years designing web-based training and helping to build “ORA U” to train investigators, analysts, and other public health personnel throughout the United States.
