Mike Smialek is Co-Founder and CEO of Knowledge Dynamics, Inc., a provider of simulation technologies and custom services to the corporate and academic markets. Mr. Smialek has over 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence and simulation technologies. Prior to founding Knowledge Dynamics, he was an executive of Accenture’s e-Learning Simulation practice, helping develop custom simulations for global clients such as General Electric and Pratt & Whitney. Technology developed by Mr. Smialek has been used on over $100M worth of custom simulation engagements for Accenture clients.
