Randall Kindley, Ph. D., is a performance improvement consultant and President of The Performance Group, providing consultation and implementation services to organizations in learning strategies (including e-Learning and blended learning), process improvement and information technology. Kindley speaks and writes in these areas, has conducted research in Europe and the US on competitiveness issues, and is the co-author of Globalization and Institution-Building: Lessons from Small European States (Westview Press, 1997). Kindley began learning and teaching about simulations in the seventies as an undergraduate and he maintains a continuing keen interest in highly interactive and action learning.
