Margot has been recruiting and placing salespeople and sales leaders for Training and Technology companies for fourteen years.  She enjoys working with her clients and sales candidates in her specialty areas which include Training, E-Learning, Saas, Higher Education, Game Based Learning, Immersive Learning Simulations, Social Networking and Learning, Virtual Worlds / Second Life, Content Management, Mass Collaboration, Gaming, Digital/Mobile Learning, Human Capital, Web 2.0 and more.

 

Previously, as Director of Operations at Humana Executive Search in London, she helped create and expand the executive search network across Europe. Prior to Humana, she worked in IT Staffing.  After graduating from college, she was a broadcast journalist, assistant assignment editor, and a ridiculously unsuccessful part time television show anchor in Cleveland. Margot received her B.A. in English from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
