Kathy Napierala came to the e-Learning field through her background in video production, multimedia, and Web product development. She has more than 10 years e-Learning design, development, and management experience with such organizations as United Way of America, Marriott International, GEICO, the Library of Congress, and Fannie Mae. Kathy earned an M.A. in Instructional Systems Development from University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2005. She has recently joined JBS International, Inc. as the manager of their Instructional Media Center.
