The e-Learning Global Giveback Competition

In December we announced the LINGOs Global Giveback Competition, asking e-Learning designers to join an international competition to develop e-Learning courses to help NGOs like Child Fund International, Catholic Relief Services, Mercy Corps, Save the Children, and World Vision, train their staffs around the world. The response has been tremendous! There are now almost sixty courses in development – and design teams are working furiously toward the submission deadline. Each morning you will have the option of joining one of more than a dozen focused Breakfast Bytes discussion groups or Laptop Labs. Breakfast Bytes are facilitated discussions that will enable you to share your best practices, insights, and tips-’n-tricks while learning from one another’s experiences. Speaker Clinics

Have you ever seen a great presentation, and then, a few hours later, wanted to ask the presenter another question about the content? If you have, then the Speaker Clinics that will be held at the end of the day on Wednesday and Thursday are for you! Speaker Clinics will give you that additional opportunity to connect with speakers who presented that day. Think of Speaker Clinics as the presenters’ “Office Hours” — giving you a chance to talk — one-on-one or in small groups — to get your questions answered or to share your work with the presenter for feedback.
