Kevin was the Chairman & CEO of Click2learn (formerly Asymetrix), which was founded in 1985 by Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft. The Chairman of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) in 2006, Kevin is a frequent author and international keynote speaker on talent management and using human capital strategically in organizations.
